Scott Ellison, Flying Horse HOA Community Manager with Hammersmith Management, was named On-Site Manager of the Year by the Council of Community Association Professionals (CCAP). The announcement was made at Community Associations Institute’s Annual Conference & Exposition in Orlando on May 4. The Manager of the Year Award is the nation’s premier award for Community Association Managers. Among this year’s Top 10 Finalists were four Managers from Hammersmith Management: Scott Ellison, Timothy Bennett and Nickie Greco in the on-site category and Amy Bowman in the portfolio category. “These team members all have successful careers with Hammersmith and provide platinum service to our clients,” said John Hammersmith, CEO. “We are extremely proud of Scott’s accomplishments and value his contributions to both the company and the community.”
