Just north of the established Flying Horse resort community situated along Hwy 83 and North Gate, you will discover the beautiful custom neighborhood of Flying Horse North - the Pikes Peak Region's newest luxury golf course community nestled in the forest of northern Colorado Springs. Flying Horse North is located along Old Stagecoach Road, between Black Forest Road and Highway 83, south of Hodgen Road.

Flying Horse North golf facilities and services are managed by The Club at Flying Horse. The Flying Horse Signature Golf Membership initiation fee is included with all Filing 3, 4, and 5 home sites.

History
The first release of homesites in Flying Horse North was comprised of 81 acreage home sites that range from two-and-a-half to five acres. Individuals who chose to build in Filing 1 of Flying Horse North had the opportunity to purchase a lot and bring their own builder or choose from a list of preferred builders.
The Flying Horse North development and community planning team is now offering the next phase (Filing 3, 4, & 5) of acreage homesites in Flying Horse North. This phase comprises highly desirable 2.5 - 3.75-acre lots, some of which are located along the golf course and in the trees.
